This one time my dad was driving me through town--I had to have only been eight years old. It was a beautiful sunny day and there were some girls walking down the sidewalk. My dad honked the horn twice and immediately ducked. Picture it, there I was staring out the window at the girls, the girls staring back at me riding in a driverless car. Never a dull moment!

This one time, my dad and I were walking through Sears at the mall. While passing through the ladies' department he pulled out his pack of cigarettes and covertly lit one. With quick, sure movements he deftly placed the cigarette between a mannequin's outstretched fingers. It was brilliant! Such confidence. She looked so poised standing there smoking. We stood back at a distance to admire his handiwork and we got such a kick out of people's reactions.
